‍Lauren Mason founded Mason Home Management with a simple belief: a well-cared-for home should make life easier, not become another full-time job.

A longtime St. Louis resident, real estate professional, homeowner, and mother of two, Lauren understands firsthand how much time and mental energy it takes to manage a home well. From remembering seasonal maintenance and finding trusted service providers to coordinating repairs, following up with vendors, and keeping track of the countless details behind the scenes.  Homeownership can quickly become an ongoing list of things to manage.

Through her work in residential real estate, Lauren also sees how the most thoughtfully maintained homes share something in common: consistent, proactive care. Yet most homeowners are left to coordinate that care entirely on their own. She created Mason Home Management to provide a better way. MHM serves as a trusted point of contact for homeowners whose properties require a higher level of care and oversight. Lauren and her team proactively manage maintenance, coordinate trusted professionals, oversee home projects, and keep the details of each property organized, giving clients confidence that their home is being thoughtfully cared for.

Lauren brings a highly personal approach to home management, built around trust, discretion, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people and homes MHM serves. For Lauren, the goal is simple: to make owning a beautiful home feel as effortless as possible.
