We are a concierge-style home management company that partners with clients on a per project basis to complete home maintenance and repair goals.
Our services can keep your household running smoothly year-round, no matter what is on your to-do list.
We personally handle your household business with professionalism and discretion. And the vendors we offer are chosen based on their high quality of work, referrals and always with the safety and privacy of our clients in mind.
If we are not personally performing the work, we only recommend professionals who have a proven track record and references for their high quality of work. We also personally meet the contractors on site and manage the project while keeping you informed throughout the process.

Rates
At the time of scheduling we determine if an hourly rate or a flat rate makes the most sense for your particular project needs.
Hourly Rate: $80
-pro-rated to the half hour
Annual MHM Membership
Included:
Semi-Annual interior and exterior walk through visits to flag any detectable repair or maintenance issues and to review the seasonal maintenance checklist and schedule any task related to seasonal list.
6 Service / Project consultation visits included per year(up to 1 hour each.)
Cost: $39 /month

Contact us via phone/email/text with your requested service or idea. We are a new company and evolving as we go.
You may have many things that need to be addressed, so in that case we would do an in person consultation or pre-service visit to prioritize items and set a timeline.
You may only need to paint 1 room and want us to remain on site to manage the project while the contractor is in your home.
There is a huge range of things that we can help with, and we are always open to considering requests. Every client’s wants and needs are unique, and if we cannot help you we most likely know someone we can recommend you call..
Also, we will do my best to accommodate short-notice requests as we understand that some of the services we offer are needed quickly.
About the Owner
Hello, I’m Lauren. I have lived in St. Louis my whole life and have been a local real estate agent for 9+ years with Laura McCarthy Real Estate. I am married with two young children, 5 and 7 years old. With both now in school, it is the perfect time to launch my business. MHM allows me to do what I enjoy doing most, which is helping people and getting things done around the house.
I am very good at helping people make decisions whether it be sorting items before a big move or just re-organizing a basement. And I love doing anything related to homes--whether it be inspections, repairs, projects, buying, selling, maintaining, touring, or DIY home projects and repairs--these are the activities that energize me.
So I created Mason Home Management to offer clients the option of an affordable, hourly, go to, person to call on as needed. I know too well that the innumerable demands of life can be overwhelming and time-draining. Through my services I want to empower my clients to do more of what they value--whether that is at home, professionally or spending more time taking care of themselves.
Sometimes you just can’t get it all done on your own and that is okay. I am here with the answer and to give you back an invaluable resource--your time. There is no request too big or too small.
